SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are shipped using the United States Postal Service® Priority Mail® which provides you with delivery within 2 business days to most United States destinations for orders where the goods are in stock and the payment has been cleared before 12 noon (CST) on business days. The actual delivery time is very dependent by your location within the United States. If the goods/services are not able to be delivered to you within this time, we will contact you. If the desired delivery is not able to be completed within the 5 business days, you have the option to cancel the order and your money will be refunded.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the device, Monitoring Services, Inc. will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call customer service at (877) 776-8364 to receive a RMA. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If the device has shipped you may return it but there will be no refund issued. Any time prior to the device being shipped you may cancel the order and a full refund will be issued.
