ProvenSober is the only proactive defense that can actually prove that you are staying sober. In the privacy of your own home, you will utilize an alcohol monitoring device trusted by government agencies and courts throughout the world. ProvenSober allows you to provide the court a verified report detailing your blood alcohol content from the time after your arrest to the time of your trial.
Upon enrollment, an Elmo-Tech MEMS 3000 Remote Alcohol Monitoring System is sent directly to your home, programmed around your schedule to ensure the maximum number of readings at your convenience. The MEMS 3000 uses facial recognition, is secure and provides accurate test results.
Upon completion of the program, a detailed report of your daily readings will be sent directly to your home or, if you prefer, to your attorney. This report will act as documentation of your ongoing sobriety since your arrest, helping you prove your good intentions and character to the court.
